I listed a GitHub App before building the backend

ThreatCrush has a GitHub App listing now. The app asks for two read permissions and nothing else, on purpose, because widening a published listing is harder than starting narrow. Plus the setup URL that 404d on every installer, and how to tell a draft Marketplace listing from a typo.
